Margaret brings 25+ years’ experience in healthcare information services to bear for clients as they address challenges, requirements, and operational imperatives. Specific focus has been on optimizing professional services organizations, resulting in significant positive business impacts. 

Margaret's experiences have been honed in small 45 person firms to large 33,000 employee, $11B organizations. She practices a “3C” focus. Customer, Company, Consultant and is known as a disciplined, energic, on point, on purpose person. 

Margaret is honored to have received recognition from three different employers for her outstanding contributions and work effort by being awarded “Employee of the Year”; selected to “Chairman’s Club” (top 1% of 12,000 global associates) and in 2016, recipient of the Top Team Player Award from the President of Leidos Health. 

Unique to her career is a strong background in customer relationships, project and program management and years of shaping organizations to achieve peak performance. Keys to her success have always been in communication skills both 1:1 and in large public speaking formats.

Margaret, a third-generation alum, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education from Southeast Missouri State University, graduated Cum Laude.
